When is the next version of the Handspring TREO being released?

  • I need a phone as compact & function filled as the TREO 300 (most of my friends have this phone). since it came out in ~August '02, it's 6-7 months old. i would think a new version would be arriving soon. any word on when? & any information on next features?

My email to the company asking when the next generation of devices would be released and if they knew what the name of the device would be was immediately returned with this response: "I am sorry, but we are not at liberty to discuss this issue as we have not yet named any future devices or announced to the public if/when they might be released."   • DrKnow has some great information. any leaks on when? i know companies don't like to leak this data...since it just kills the TREO 300 sales until the next version is available...
